Don’t Trim Claws

If your CH kitty is like our Tardy, then you should never trim their claws. Tardy uses his claws to pull himself up on to the bed, a chair or to just help stabilize himself anywhere on the floor. To trim or declaw them would to cripple him further

Definition of Cerebellar Hypoplasia

Usually symptoms of cerebellar hypoplasia can be seen immediately at birth in cats, but sometimes can take two months or so to become apparent in dogs. Cerebellar hypoplasia causes jerky movements, tremors and generally uncoordinated motion. The animal often falls down and has trouble walking.
